Potato Station is a family-run Filipino-Australian snack bar in the heart of Rooty Hill, NSW. We opened our doors to bring together two things we love most: proper Aussie potatoes, hand-cut and cooked fresh, and the bold, comforting flavours of Filipino home cooking.
From a small idea to Rooty Hill's favourite snack stop
We started Potato Station with a simple mission — make honest, fresh food that puts a smile on your face. Every serve of our loaded fries begins with real Australian potatoes, hand-cut in the kitchen each morning and cooked to golden, crispy perfection. No frozen shortcuts, no fuss.
Alongside our loaded fries you'll find crispy fried chicken and wings, juicy smash burgers, and the Filipino classics we grew up with — tapsilog, longsilog, chicken adobo rice bowls, and sweet treats like turon. It's the food we serve our own families, made for yours.
